February, 2015: The Culture of Hope goes to the 15th Annual Title I National Conference in Salt Lake City, UT!  We'll be presenting Saturday morning, and our presentation will be taped for later distribution through Title I's "On Demand" video subscription.   If you've wanted to see us at work, but haven't been able to catch us, here's your chance!

January, 2015: Boise State University (Dr. Gibson's Alma mater)  highlighted Building a Culture of Hope in their newsletter!   So wonderful to have the university's support!

November, 2014
: 2015 Teachers' Choice Award for Professional Development!  Chosen by the teachers who read Learning magazine, Building a Culture of Hope has been recognized as an outstanding professional development resource for 2015!  Thank you teachers for reading the book and honoring our work!  Facebook    Learning Magazine website

November, 2014:  Our Culture of Hope article has been selected for the Summer 2015 issue of Education Leadership!  This is a free, digital issue used by ASCD to advertise their publication and attract new subscribers. This is a huge honor to be selected for this issue.  Looking forward to sharing with everyone when it comes out.   Here is the 2014 issue, to pique your interest.

November, 2014:  
Southeast/South-Central Ed Cooperative in Corbin, Kentucky. We'll be working with 200+ administrators and educators from the cooperative.

September, 2014:  Our proposal to the National School Board Association conference was accepted.  We'll be in Nashville, TN on March 21-23.  Let your school board know so they can plan to be there!

September, 2014: Our proposal to the Title I National Conference was accepted for taping.   Our presentation will be filmed and then released by Title I at some point during 2015, for professional development purposes. What an honor!    We will be in Salt Lake City, NV, on February 7th.  Hope to see you there!

September, 2014:  Our proposal to the National Youth At-Risk Conference  in has been accepted. We will be in Savannah, GA, on March 1-4! Hope to see you there!

August, 2014: Building a Culture of Hope recognized by a request for an article for ASCD's Education Leadership February, 2015 issue!  We have submitted our article, and are waiting to hear from the editors.  :)  What an honor!!

May, 2014:
Building a Culture of Hope was selected as a finalist for the American Association of Publishers REVERE Distinguished Achievement Book Awards.  Building a Culture of Hope's Revere Award Finalist Page   What an honor!!

May, 2013: Building a Culture of Hope is published!  The first box of books arrived.   We are walking on the moon and couldn't be more impressed with how Solution Tree has taken care of our words and ideas.  Beautiful!
